Local toffees in Arunachal

We stopped for directions on the way to Bomdila, Arunachal and I generally got off the car to chit- chat with the ladies, and they gave me a white cube toffee which I bought for 2 rupees.
Looked like a sugar cube but tasted terrible. Later, I got to know from them that it was made frrom Yak milk! Ugghh!

Band on wheels

I had been to the hospital to visit a friend, and here's what we saw outside the hospital window. Generally, people play the dhol or the shehnai during the 'baraat', but this one is so cool. The complete orchestra is on a cart with a loudspeaker, drums and a keyboard at the back, which one of the guys is playing! All in one!
